Rooster was literally started in a backyard with one guy, one tiny system and a huge level of determination. This meant that creativity and ingenuity to get the job done was paramount. When we couldn’t afford something we made it, fabricating our own tanks, keg cleaning equipment, cooling systems, and brew house. To put it mildly, it wasn’t easy.
Rooster’s success wasn’t bought, it was earned though blood sweat and tears. While we are proud of our roots, we certainly are glad they are behind us. The next step in our growth radically changed our quality and our ability to compete as a top shelf craft beer.
As time went on we were able to move to a bigger brewery located not far from Saigon. This milestone was a result of our hardworking days in the past and now we can make more beers for our lovely customers.
